Garland Civic Theatre will award one or more scholarships totaling $1,500 for 2008 to high school seniors who plan to attend an institute of higher learning. Any field of study is acceptable.

Eligibility Requirements:
* All candidates must be in their senior year of high school.
* All candidates will be required to complete an application for scholarship. The application should be postmarked by April 15, 2008. Applications are available to download at www.garlandcivictheatre.org. They are also available at the GCT office, 108 North 6th Street, in downtown Garland.
* All candidates must have been involved in some way in one or more of the programs of Garland Civic Theatre, i.e. Children On Stage productions, MainStage productions, Summer Camp, Workshops, etc.
* Applicant must have applied to a post high school institute of higher learning.
